help with emissions
94 GCL 235xxx miles--failed NJ dmv inspection for high HC at idle--found info on internet to repair vacuum lines--repaired two lines and replaced the air filter --HC at idle dropped from about 390 to 225--I need 220 to pass--any ideas to avoid a trip to the mechanis--Thanks
