Default HELP!!!

Ok so I inherited a 96 grand laredo from my uncle who knew nothing about autos. Jeep had some starting issues and he took it to a shop. They replaced the ecm under the hood, did a basic tune up and replaced the ignition switch. All was good but the gauges in the cluster dont work and the fuel pump is constantly on with the key in acc mode. ????wt?? Ive checked all of the grounds, and I have some power coming to the cluster ,how can I check it?? Any thoughts??

With the fuel pump always being on, it may just as simple as the relay. It seems like one would have to go out of there way to re wire a fuel pump. check the relay under the hood in the fuse box. See if you can here it click while someone turns the key on and off. Your gages not works, do you mean like nothing turns on? No back-lights, no warning lights, no gages? For the gages, unless it was the speedometer it seems like it would be a all or none type of thing. AS it is one harness and one fuse and one ECM controlling it all. I think on the ZJ's though the sped is mechanically controlled by the APS sensors.
