Ok so if it's been sitting it will start no problem. But sometimes when it's warmed up it gets hard to start, also I found a wire with three star connectors on it that isn't hooked up to anything, it sits right behind the battery connected to the frame with a bolt, the wire is flat and wide and has a flat washer style connector on each end and one in the middle.

Well found save year jeep but it's a 6 cyl but the cable went to a bolt on the engine block.
