Gas filled shocks
Anybody have experience with putting gas shocks on a Jeep? Specifically a WJ?

I put some KYB Gas Adjust on my ZJ. It was a piece of cake, didn't even have to use a jack. What is your concern?

Nothing specific, just curious about ride quality, stiffness, and possible suspension height. When I put them on my 67 Camaro, the car rode about an inch higher but was stiffer and cornered flatter. The whole car just had a different feel. The car came from the factory with Rally Suspension, which means it rode about 2" lower the most of them. I only had about 5" ground clearance to the bellhousing before I added the gas shocks. The Corvettes of that time had about 4" underneath.

You may gain some height for a short time, and the ride will be a bit stiffer, but to me it feels more planted and controlled when going through a bumpy corner.
