Front Track Bar
I pulled out my front track bar to have the bushing replaced. The hardest part was getting the cotter pin out of the castle nut on the drivers side. I think I will use a lock nut when I put it back together. While I was under there I was pleasantly surprised by all the zirk fittings I saw. It is unusual to see factory fittings in all the right places. The upper ball joint fitting is hidden by the wheel so it is a good idea to take the wheel off to get grease on it.

be sure that you are tightening track bar bolt which connects axle to bushing at track bar. when it is loose steering feels like jelly and makes a knocking sound when you steer.

Thanks. They are all tight and it feels better than before. The lock nut idea didn't work out because it would spin the ball joint (on the track bar) before it would tighten up. I ended up using a cotter pin.
