Front diff ?

Front diff ?
Hello jeepsters 
A quick question from sunny, ( cough ) Porthcawl , South Wales. The wife has come over to the darkside from Mitsibushi Pajero land, and has got herself a '97 grand cherokee limited ZJ. Apart from the fact that my head rubs against the roof and I cant get comfortable in it, we're loving it My problem is that she doesnt like going forward on full lock, and the front seems to hop over its own tyres ???? Any ideas ???? The steering is really vague and hard work to keep straight at speed. I've had a search but couldnt find anything
