Front Brake binding fault!

Front Brake binding fault!
Hi
I have a Grand Cherokee 52 registered. The front brakes are binding so I replaced servo but they are still binding. If i pull out the one way valve from servo it releases brakes! Any ideas? I'm beginning to lose the will to live with it!
