Question Fitting After-Market Stereo

I've spent most of the day looking at whats needed to change stereos and I'm still unsure...so this is what I've come up with so far.

I need to replace the fascia so have this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/bhp/grand-cherokee-stereo

I need the stereo so it will probably be something like this
http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1709711197...84.m1438.l2649

Now do I need some kind of wiring harness or can I just plug and play?

Also I need to replace my tweeters but have seen that the Infinity ones have the fittings. What are my options for getting something that fits without having to make changes?

Thanks

Generally you want a harness so you can plug into the jeeps stock plug, it for no other reason that trying to do splices while in the dash in PIA

If you have the Infinity system, you may have some issues with getting sound out of the new head unit.

I've never had to do it, but I think there is something out there that makes it all work.

Thanks for letting me know.

For all those thinking about doing this, a useful resource is http://www.wjjeeps.com/audioupgrade.htm

For a 'professional' finish, the thing you need for the wires seems to be PAC OEM-1 kit, otherwise you should be able to use a wiring harness.

Still not that clear to me but I'll figure it out in the end!
