Few new-comer questions.

Few new-comer questions.
I just purchased a 1997 Jeep Grand Cherokee Orvis edition, with 162,XXX miles and mint condition for 500$.
First off, is there anything i need to address right away? everything seems to be in great shape.
I am using my front axle, rear axle, and transfer case from my wrecked 93 Grand cherokee V8 so i can have part time 2wd, because mine is AWD. Also i have some 31x10.50s that i would like to run on my jeep, because the 235/75/15 that are on it are shot. What would it take to make these fit? This will mostly be a street vehicle and it it goes offroad it will not be extreme. Thanks for your time!
