Default Evap hose leak?

Hey folks, new to the forum. Recently purchased a 2002 Laredo with the 4.0L and 190K, and I'm going through the car working on reliability. While poking around, I noticed these wet hoses at the driver side rear wheel well looking up. I assume these are EVAP related?

Has anyone seen this, and does anyone have some advice on where / how to get after this?

Thanks, Jeff

Yeah those are evap hoses, they rot out over time. Common spot. You can buy replacement hose by the foot at any auto parts store, just match the diameter. Cheap fix. Check the plastic nipple on the canister too, they get brittle and snap off.

Default Check position of fuel overflow tube exit

Hey Jeff. Michael is right. Before you start down the rabbit-hole of disassembly and breakage...

Look for where the fuel fill overflow tube emits any overflow, keeping both gravity and windage in-mind. Get some of that oily substance on your fingers and sniff it. Dies it smell like ⛽️?

Jeff- Curious, did you throw any codes?
A few months back I replaced my fuel pump, skid plate and hose from filler to tank. With all the jossling/ manipulation and new clamps replaced, about a week later I threw a code- Evap Sys Leak(Very Small Leak). I forget the actual p number. I cleared out several times as it would only appear every 7-10 days and only on a warm day. So my son and smoke tested the entire evap sys. Finally found the smoke seeping from a fine crack in the weld where the vent tube is welded to the filler neck. No rubber tubing or plastic connector leaks.
Bought a Spectra filler neck and now just waiting for a warm day(1 hr project)
