evap canister

so this morning i was going to work and the cel went on and it was 31 which is for the evap canister purge solenoid is it ok to drive with a bad one or should i change it immediatly

It's on the drivers side inner fender near the washer fluid reservoir. It may be that the hose or connector has come off. If not, unplug the connector and check for corrosion. JMO

But no, it won't hurt to drive like that for awhile.

i put some dialetrick grease in the connetor and drove like 10 miles and i went off thanks
