Error code 12?

Error code 12?
so I just checked the CEL codes and it came up with an error code 12 I was wondering what that code meant? An app I downloaded said cam position but Im not sure I trust the app. Any help is greatly appreciated this is my DD and its snow season so need it running right again asap thanks guys
