I tried looking this up before posting but could not find what im looking for. So i just got my cherokee a week ago and it has its few problems. But 1 i need to get fixed soon is the locks. I try using the lock/unlock switch on my drivers door and all 4 doors make this high pitched noise almost ear piercing. It does the same on the passenger door. It did not come with a key fob so i dont know about that one. Anyone have some ideas of where i should look? I would love to be able to lock my doors haha

The solenoids may be shot, or there could be a low voltage problem. How old is the battery? www.keylessride.com will have the key fob for you.

hey man, my doors will not lock either, a more economical route that i am about to use is buying two brand new door tumblers( key hole) and matching keys off ebay for about 20 bucks.
