Do these Window Relays in Doors belong here?
Need some help, after removing a very extensive alarm with remote start and remote window control my power windows no longer work. It was a necessary evil to replace the evaporator core to get the AC working again and the alarm hasn't been used in years.
I believe I've located extra pairs of relays in each door that do not belong in my 98 Grand Cherokee 5.9L. The jeep has auto up/down window feature but I would not expect to find relays in every door.
There are wires hard wired into each door switch harness with a pair of relays that were hooked into DEI 530T window controllers as part of the alarm system that WAS 10+ years old. Does anyone have a picture of what wires and relays belong inside the door with the panel pulled off to confirm for the drivers door and driver rear door?
The relay wiring colors definitely do not match for the drivers door. The rear door relay wiring colors somewhat match so I'm hesitant to just start removing what I've found. Will post pics shortly.
My plan is to get the drivers door working since I believe it has the power and ground control over the other doors. Does anyone have a door wiring diagram to help test for power in the master switch to eliminate fuses / other issues as I begin?

Big Thanks to BKohs -- The diagrams helped tremendously.
The windows are now working after removing the relays and resplicing the wiring back together.
For anyone reading this, if the switch is not attached to the door the power windows or lock will do not work even from the drivers door! This is why when the master switch fails nothing works, if a single window is not working it is likely the wiring / switch / or motor for that particular door.
