Default died on the road

hi all,
i have an 01 with the 4.7 after leaveing work less than a 1/4 mile down the road my jeeps engine cut out all elictrical systems still on and working fine so i know the alt and battarie or ok when i try to start it i have gottin the selinoid clicking as well as a click and then loss of all power. my skills in the diagnostic area are limited and im not in a place where i can spend much money to elemate some posiblitys any one seen this before that can help me. All ideas welcome.

Yeah i would check the crankshaft sensor thats what went wrong with mine. I would leave and it would just shut the engine right off still have full power to everything and you would try to start it and it would just keep cranking over and nothing would happen then sometimes it would start but then happen all again

the battarie is brand new i dont think a dead cell, volt is my issue possibly a bad ground though. is ther a way to test the cam sensor, if so what am i looking for when testing?

I just changed the crank sensor... still stalling out.. looking for more possibilities, checkin PCM wireing harness, and maybe a loose wire around..
