de- beaded tire
can a tire de-bead itself? stock tires on stock Laredo--tires fairly new and put on about 500 mi. ago--bought them used on craigs so i'm hoping they are ok--didn't notice any issues with them but it's my daughters DD so I have to take her word that she didn't hit a pothole or anything recently--re set it myself and seems fine even at hwy speeds--also when I had the tire off I noticed grease coming from the axle boot --what am I in for with this? thanks again

Old fart with a wrench
The rubber boot over the CV joint is torn. You can replace the boot, but for the price and labor involved, you might be farther ahead to replace the drive axle 1/2 shaft.
If you hit a curb at that speed, I would assume you damaged tire cord in the sidewall, resulting in a slow leak, getting soft enough to flex off the bead seat.
