Hi there i have day time driving lights and i was woundering if anyone know how to disconect them on a 2003 grand cherokee overland. I can't seem to find a fuse for them. Please run me through it. I am trying to hook up hid and they say to disconnect the running lights but i am not sure how to do that

You'll have to get an FSM (or pillage through the Reference section at your local library) and check out the wiring diagrams and the Electrical Component Locator. You're looking for the "Daytime Running Lights Module" or "DRL Module" (or some variation thereof,) and how to cut power to it.
