2000 4.0 wj. 181k on it. Codes reading p0302 p0306 p0202 p0206 p1281. Temp stays between 205-215 on the temp gauge. Cold starts its fine till it gets up around operating temp it starts to run rough vibrate and all around sound like a misfire. No gas smell nothing. Replaces coil rail and injectors 2&6. Same thing cold start good get up to temp seemed better it just had a like stumble or vibrate but no misfire. Cut it off after while of driving and sitting. Started it ten minutes later boom same misfire right in the start up this time but went away after a minute. Has heat shield padding so i doubt its injector heat soak but before i changed the coils n injectors i would drive and it would go away once in a while but then come back after sitting a second. Sometimes misfire the whole time till i get it home. When its normal it seems fine. Im very lost. The p1281 is probably just my thermostat or the fact that i need a new heater core. Hopefully not a blown head gasket not losing or mixing any fluids or leaking anything. What do i do.
