cuts out when you accelerate

Default cuts out when you accelerate

hello guys nice to be here .
i have got a 3.1 diesel grand cherokee,my problem is when i accelerate then deccelerate it cuts out when i accelerate again.

I'm not familiar with diesel systems, but if it were gas I would say fuel filter first, then fuel sump, sending unit, injectors, and fuel lines.

A blockage in any of those would give problems on initial acceleration though, I'm a bit stumped as to why that would only happen after deaccelrating. Any more details?

Just a guess, as I'm not familiar with your set-up, but it seems something is stopping your fuel injectors from being energized and opening as needed when the throttle is re-opened. JMO.
