Cranking but nothing!

I have a 96 grand cherokee no fuel no spark no gauges no fuel pump no lights .. No clue whats goin on here im stumped!

Have you checked all fuses and relays in the power distro under the hood?

Engine: 4.0 with all of the noise and clatter

Is the engine turning over when you turn the key to the start position?
