crank shaft sensor
Hi,
I have a 4 litre jeep grand cherokee 1998 ltd auto. with an lpg conversion. Has been running slightly rough for some time on both petrol and lpg. The other day it wouldn't start (turning over fine but no spark). Took it to my local garage and it was showing a crank shaft sensor fault. They changed the sensor and it started straight away but is almost impossible to drive. It is stalling at low revs, missing and backfiring and the rev counter is jumpy and erratic. My mechanic suspects a cracked flywheel (flexplate). Is this feasible? Any other suggestions?
