Could low power steering fluid cause DW?

I am talking at or below the add mark when hot. Of course I corrected it, but got it last night going around a left hand curve and hit a "rib" in the road. Scared me a little but at least I felt it starting. GC has a little wobble at 40- ~48, was going about 43. Noticed it coming on strong and let off immediately. Recovered and has not happened since. Checked all fluids this morning. Found PWSF at low when engine was hot.

Thanks

No, it would just be noisy or hard to steer.

Death wobble is cased by many things but low power steering fluid is not one of them.It can be from tires out of balance to ball joints the front hubs the track bar almost anything in the front suspension.Try rotating the front wheels to the back see if that changes anything or not.

Thanks. I figured my thought process was valid in low pressure behind the pitman arm could cause a shake. Needless to say I serviced it, have not got the DW back but still have the wobble that led into it. Still looking. Getting tires rotated and balanced, up in the air it goes to shake it down.

Thanks!
