I have an 04 Laredo, the cooling fan will not run nor does the a/c blower motor or the turn signals work. I have replaced the radiator, fan, water pump, thermostat, and both relays(high and low speed). Then disconnected the battery over night. I still get 1489 and 1490 codes, any suggestions??

Wish I could help but I'm having the exact same problem with my cooling fan. I had to replace the radiator because my step-daughter let it run too hot and blew out one of the plastic side tanks. I suspect the failure of the cooling fan was the reason for overheating. The fan motor checks out fine when given +12V. Both relays and the 40A fuse in the power distribution box also check out fine. I was about to post about this problem when I saw your post. Hopefully someone will chime in and we can solve this.

There is a sensor that controls it also I believe. My fan also does not work. Luckily the mech fan came with trailer package.
