Clicking Noise

2002 Jeep Grand Cherokee 4.7 V8 140000 miles. I've noticed when making A Left turn Apon acceleration I'm hearing A Clicking Noise. I don't seem to hear it when turning right. Any Ideas what could be causing this?

Check your ujoints. They start making noise like that when there getting bad.
