Are you saying the engine dies when you put it in reverse? but it doesn't when you put it in drive?

only when I put the r off, this usually happens on occasion. be because the area has air filter oil?

Mine dies once in a while when I put it in reverse. When I get a chance I am going to clean the throttle body and see if that helps.

strange....:dunno:

mine did that AFTER I cleaned the IAC (idle air control) and BEFORE it had a chance to relearn itself. Clean the IAC, start and with foot on brake put in drive for 5 min or so. Worth a shot, and its free.
