Can not disarm alarm on 2002 jeep grand cherokee

Can not disarm alarm on 2002 jeep grand cherokee
Hi guys, please help me.
I've pressed the button for unlock the doors (as usual) but the driver's door doesn't opened. I opened it with the key and the alarms start, with the horn and lights. I tried to start the engine but after 3 seconds it stops. I think that I can't turn off the alarm. Can you help me?
PS: I think that the remote is ok because all others doors became open, only the driver's door doesn't.
My car is in the office's park, if someone could help me...
