Default A/C trouble

Hi. My AC dont work. The tube that goes in to the evaporater core (inside the car) is ice cold, it builds ice on it. The tube from evap core to drier isnt cold at all, so why isnt it cold inside the car?

I agree, but you have to replace the whole liquid line in order to replace the orifice tube. The tube is built into the line and can not be removed. A bad design, if you ask me.

X2.
Pull the liquid line, cut it open and inspect the strainer on the orifice and determine what caused the restriction. You may have bigger issues than just a restriction.
