A/C issue

A/C issue
I have two problems - first the A/C vent seems to be sticking. sometimes cold air will only come out the heater vents. I have changed the ATC unit when I had heater problems in the winter. - BTW its a 95 GC limited.
I definetly have some blend door issues but that motor is so hard to get out.
Other problem is I get alot of cold water dripping right above the gas pedel. It seems like more then normal condensation. its not a stream of water but its a pretty steady drip. It seems to be coming from the middle or just under the steering column
Any help would be welcome.
