A/C intermetly blows warm air in traffic

A/C intermetly blows warm air in traffic
Today I was in traffic and the A/C started blowing warm air, as soon as I started moving it slowly started to blow cold again and then when slowed down again it was fine. It has only happened 2 times total so the symptom is interment but I really want to get it fixed its 103 here in Texas right now I dont want to get stuck in traffic again with this problem my 4 month old son was in the back seat!
Some other detais the Jeep was not overheating, later I thought I should of gotten off the car and checked the fan. I checked everything when I got home fan and A/C was working fine, checked the relays also.
Oh and i did some search and didn't anything similar. I did see some have the mechanical clutch fan and electric. Mine only has the electric.
2003 JGC Quadradrive, I6 57k
