Default A/C blows on floor but not vents? Anyone?

My wife is the proud owner of a lifted 99 grand cherokee limited off ebay. Been great for a month and now the a/c is cold but seems like it can't get to the vents. When I turn it to the floor it immediatly comes on the floor cold. Every once in a while it will work as intended too. I had to change a blend motor on our old range rover that had similiar problem. That car had heat on one side and cold on other though. This is just NO air out of the vents but I can hear it trying to blow. Anyone???

Thanks

Are blend doors a fix for no A/C and No Heat? Most info I see just mentions no heat. Thanks

It could be a vacuum issue. But just in case here's some info for you. http://www.wjjeeps.com/hvac_sub_assembly.htm

Default thanks

I really think its the blend doors or motors. The air is trying to come out but sounds trapped behind something.

See my above post and check out the link. It's usually the blend doors.
