Default Buzzing in air vent

HI, I have a 1999 Jeep Cherokee and there seems to be a buzzing noise that's coming out of the air vent of my car. It makes the noise even when my car is turned off like the fan is still moving or something. What could this noise be related to and can I fix it on my own? Or do I need to go to a mechanic? Thanks!

Not helpful, DieselD! Try unplugging the fan motor. Do you have Climate Control or the standard heater?

Yea I figured if nothing else I'd bump it. Bring it to someones attention.

You could try pulling the blower motor relay and see what happens...

I think it is just standard heating. It doesn't seem to affect any type of air flow coming out of the vents. The noise comes and goes. It can be buzzing for 24 hours or can be gone for 2 weeks. Does this sound like something that's common? And what could it be related to?

It doesn't sound common at all.

Does the buzzing perhaps sound electrical?

I wonder if it could be the blend door motor. The only other thing I can think of is the AC cycling switch.

If it's either of those things then is it something that I can buy a couple of parts for and then fix myself by watching a youtube video or will I have to take it to a mechanic to fix? Thanks for your help
