bumper help!
i have a 94 grand cherokee all stock right now. i want to make a steel bumper for it. i like the steel plates rather than steel tubes but im open to anything. anyone got some ideas. i live in mass so who knows whats legal to pass inspection or places that will pass you easier. let me no
