does anyone know is my brush guard off my xj will fit on my zj?

Not without making Brackets, The Xj and ZJ have totally differnt bumper mounting styles. Zj uses a foam inner core with a plastic outer cover then that mounts up to 2 flat spots on the "frame rails if you will", (unibody tabs), and then the xj uses 2 triangular tabs that mount on the outer edges of the "frame rails" and then connect to a steel bumper, Im sure it can be done but its going to require some modifaction. and then Im not sure if the width of your brush guard for the xj will be wide enough for the zj front end.
