broken lug/cant get tire off...

Default broken lug/cant get tire off...

i just got this gcl 3 weeks ago and im finding all kind of stupid broken and stuff thats rigg'd. but now i cnt get my front tire off. it look's like a cheap lug broke off on stud. & there's nothin to grab. does anybody have any suggestions . do i drill it or something else????????

How is it broken? Is the nut stripped? Could try vice grips and try to spin it with them, or just cut the lug off and then just replace that stud

first its a stock rim & the lug hole is like 2 inches deep & it looks almost flat all the way to th back. i thought maybe a 1in circle bit. but i no doing that will mess something up.

Use a drill and just start with something like 5/16s or soemthing, and work up in size till you can break it off/out. I did that once with my rear stud worked like a charm
