Brake Light prob!!

Brake Light prob!!
Alright so on an 05 Jeep Grand Cherokee, only the top brake light is coming on, whereas the two taillights are not. The bulbs are fine, the runner lights still work when the lights are set to on, and i can't find any blown fuses! The only prob is when I tap on the brakes, the only light that flashes is the top middle brake light. Anyone else have this prob?
