bolt 11, alternative to loctite 592?

Engine: 4.0L I6
bolt 11, alternative to loctite 592?
On head bolt 11 (GC 1993 4.0L) there shuld be used loctite 592 to seal since the bolt goes in to the water jacket. But loctite 592 isnt easy to find. Could i use Loctite 5923 or Permatex #3 insted?
