Blend Door is Stuck
My Blend Doors are stuck and making a nasty clicking sound. I can't afford to get them replaced so is there a way I can Stop the blend doors from trying to open? The doors make the nasty clicking sound when I turn OFF the car, even when the AC/Heater is not is use. Thnx!

well you can reach the one behind the glove box and unplug it, but you have another one oposite of it.... that is against the firewall

lemme guess 99-04 GC. they do that, there is a updated for that problem but its quoted at 16 hrs cause the dash needs to pulled and ****. I hole sawed a 2'' hole in my airbox, unstuck them and got in there with a file, than epoxyed the piece back into place.

Caracticus Potts The Mod
The TSB is just for the blend doors if they are stuck and the procedure is kind of close to what you did but with updated blend doors and pivots and a cover for the 4 x 5 inch hole to be made. Warranty labor time is 2.5 hours.
