How did it run before changing the TPS?

Check the fuel pressure. How old are the spark plug wires? The 5.2 has an issue with the plenum plate gasket blowing out and causing a vacuum leak and oil consumption. Any codes?

Code 32 is your problem, the EGR is most likely stuck open, or the vacuum solenoid is stuck open and allowing the EGR to stay open.

There is no code 28 listed.

How would I go about fixing the egr? I noticed when I put the old TPS back in I no longer has this issue.

Then I guess the TPS was the problem.

But with a new TPS in it's stalling and back firing. With the old bad one in that doesn't happen

Why did you change the TPS in the first place?

My ZJ was starting to buck and the RPMs would fluctuate while I was driving... I know the TPS was bad just can't figure out why putting a new one in causes back fire and the jeep to stall when I let off the throttle

How do you know the TPS was bad? How did you diagnose it?

Te bucking and the rpm fluctuating stops with a new TPS that's how I figured out it was bad

Only will stall if I don't get my RPMs above 1k and just let off the gas... Anything over 1k RPMs when I let off the gas no issues. None of this happens when I put in my old TPS. I need to figure out what's wrong bc this is my DD and only vehicle right now
