I can't either. Scratch it up with a wire brush or check the front diff. It's usually 3.55 or with the tow package 3.73.

3.07 is a bit high for a 4wd, isn't it? My 62 Chrysler 300 had 3.23s and it would get up to 130 mph! That's with a 413 that was flat out at 5800 rpm. 3.07 was standard for Corvette for years.

Well I noticed that in my parents' WJ, 70mph is about 1900ish rpm, while my xj with 3.55's on stock tires is at about 2200rpm at the same speed. 22/19 = ~1.15 and 3.55/3.07= ~1.15. So the math makes sense, but my xj is also 5 years older and there are other factors in play, so idk, I guess I'll do some research and see what ratios "03 WJ's came with from the factory
*Yup, 3.07 was available http://www.vibratesoftware.com/html_...Grand_Cherokee

I stand corrected! Your rpms at speed sound about right for 3.07s. That makes your highway mpg better but city must suck!
My 67 Camero had 4.10s which gave me 4000 at 70! That gave me 6000 at 106! Perfect for 1/4 mile drags.
