Automatic transmission (Hard Shifting)
Hey Everyone!
I am new to the form, However, I have a couple concerns to my jeep. I have an 2003 jeep grand Cherokee loredo 4.0L I6 Its an Automatic with 4WD / AWD Transfer case The problem im facing, is stop and go traffic transmission shifting is nasty bad! Very annoying and embarrassing because i can hear it clunk every time it shifts. and it wont shift unless it passes 3,000 Rpm Transmission fluid and filter is changed recently, By me. I do all the mechanic work myself so i know whats going on. I checked all of the solenoids and they seem to be in good condition. Not getting any error codes on pcm scanners. Could there be transmission vents clogged up? if so, where could they be located at? I have only seen vents for standard transmissions, not automatic. Any help or thoughts would definitely be appreciated! :chef: FYI: To make this clear! The TV Kickdown cable is properly adjusted too. |
