Welcome to CF!

IF your overhead VIC is the same as mine on the 2000, press "Step" until you get to "Distance to service." Then press and hold "Reset" until it changes to whatever your set interval is. I have mine set at 5000. Then press "Step" until you get to whatever you want to monitor. I usually have mine on Compass/Temp. You may only have to press "reset" when it shows "Service engine," IDR.

The VIC on mine can be set to display in 5 different languages and metric measurements.
