is there an easy way to add front tow hooks? a reciever hitch will take care of the rear, but without swapping out the front bumper is there a kit availible? I need to add them to my XJ also, I've needed them before and had to pull by wrapping the tow strap around the axle before, a tow hook would be so much easier.

some XJs came with tow hooks up front,check your local JYs,or look on line at 4WD.com they are made by RuggedRidge.

they do make a kit that comes with new frame brackets that bolt on along with the stock bumper brkts. i would like to have a set but my brushguard mounts the same way and i dont think theres room for another brkt.

Here's the link for Rugged Ridge brand front tow hooks from quadratec.com. I believe you can find them cheaper than this. They shouldn't be too hard to put on.

I ordered mine directly from Rugged Ridge. I had to trim my lower bumper plastics a little bit, but they stood up great to three front recoveries the day after I put them on.
