Default ABS Light

I have a weird issue, the abs warning light comes on almost 99% of the time when I switch on the headlights. When I turn the vehicle off, once the initial warning light comes on, it switches off, and won't reappear until next time I switch the lights on after not using them for at least a day. I hope I am make sense.

Does anyone have any idea of what may be going on?

Kind of weird because they are two completely different circuits, but they may share a ground. The headlight circuit could be back feeding through the ABS warning light circuit because of a bad ground.
