97 grand cherokee when i get up to about 20 mph the rpms start goin up and down and the jeep kinda jumps forward and when i give some gas it stops and sometimes i have to put it in neutral then back into drive just so it will change gears. i just had the transmisson put in and i have changed a few sensors.. what could my problem be?
