my jeep is hard shifting in drive and reverse. scanner code came up with P1732, P1733, P1734, P1768, P1781,,,, replaced the solenoid assembly in the transmission valve body and put on new filter also. changed all fluid and looked good before hand and no burnt or bad smelling, plus didn't leak. but it still shifts hard into drive and reverse , not as much but still does. I have been told i also have a bad motor mount and should change the transmission control module. can u help me figure out if i need new transmission? thats too costly and i don't have the money right now.

Hang on, sweety! I lot of guys ain't on line yet. The good ones, that is. There are a couple of good transmission guys on this forum who I know will give you all the help you'll need. They probably won't be on until this evening. I'm only here 'cause I work nights.

okay i will try some patience LOL I am just at my wits end and drive the car to work every day and don't want to make matters worse, if u know what i mean. any insight would be helpful

You may want to try this.

The TV cable is for upshift and kick down, it will not effect going into reverse or drive. I suggest having a transmission shop check it out.
