Default 99+ intake swap/ 703 injectors issues

Just swapped my intake and injectors today rebuilt the injectors and upon startup my jeep ran horrible runs great at WOT but idel is rough unless I ease it down too a really low idel then the computer kicks in changes and then kick a engine code. 1 what could cause this 2 were is the ecm plug too test codes not under my dash or behind the fuse box in the engine compartment and 3 when installing the injectors I used powersteering fluid as lube for the o-ring is that a huge no no? Any help would be great thxs

Did you rebuild the injectors yourself? If so are you sure the flow is equal between the each injector? Also no vacuum leaks? Also did you reset the computer by disconnecting the battery, this way the computer can learn the new components. Not sure is your year has the OBDII or if you have to cycle the key to read the flashes of the engine light to read codes.
