99 grand cherokee won't start

99 grand cherokee won't start
have a 2001 grand cherokee that transmission went out in among other problems has a rebuilt motor 4,000 miles ran great bought 1999 grand cherokee and swaped motors now can't get motor to start will turn over and backfires thru throttle body need help please
