CRACKED HEAD

so.. the gf's sister went out and bought a jeep for way to much money.. GC lerado, didnt have anyone look at it i guess, just drove it home... where it drove like ****, clunks, clanks, doesnt like to start hot, intermittent heat, smokes...

2 weeks later, i finally have a chance to look at it... Coolant overflow is empty but a slimy scum... (compression mixed with to much water and gold antifreeze in my views). check the radiator... Dry except that scum again... engine oil level... Over full. exhaust smells of coolant... remove oil fill cover... 1/4" think of slimy water in oil scum.. valve rockers looks the same.

thoughts?

R&R engine... who knows what the rods and mains look like.. or just R&R head?

anyone sell conversion kits to put a different engine under the hood?
