98 Grand Cherokee Headliner - How the #@#$ do you remove the seat belt panels?!
So I'm replacing the headliner in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I've already removed the headliner, but I couldn't figure out how the **** you remove the panels surrounding the seat belt hangers. I was able to pry them out enough and have someone help me hold them open enough to slide the liner right out but I'm thinking putting it back in with the felt on is going to be a major pain in the *** like that.
So...how the hell do they come off? I noticed they seem to be a two piece design, but I don't even see how the hell I can get a screw driver or whatever in there. Didn't even see screws/bolts.

Old fart with a wrench
Bump yourself! You have to take the cover off the swivel part of the hanger to see the bolt. Just gently pry it off.
