98 Grand Cherokee 4x4 (5.2L) Electrical/Power Steering + Fuel needle Problems?

So today I had a whole storm of **** happen to my Jeep. :surrender:

Passenger side window dropped 90 degrees. I was able to pull it up by hand and have my gf press the button to roll the window up (power).

I noticed I was almost on empty and went to get gas. It's my understanding I have a 23 gallon tank, and when I put 13 gallons in, it's now reading full. I wondered if there was something wrong with the floater so I put Techron in there to hope to help in cleaning the fuel lines and the tank.

Later, the Jeep's interior/dash lights flickered and turned dim and then the fuel needle bounced between empty and almost full (I presume it's accurate level?).

I've done some searching and saw that it's likely the sender unit, but I find it hard to believe this would cause the interior lights to dim.

The power steering sometimes "cuts out" for a split second and a buddy told me the pump might be drawing a lot of energy causing the lights to dim. Is this true?

It looks like I've bought myself quite a few projects by buying this vehicle. 98 Jeep Grand Cherokee, 5.2L v8 with 133k miles. I'm not surprised it's going to need work, just hoping to pin-point exactly what it needs.

HALP! :surrender:
